All orders are handmade.
We do our best to meet everyone's needs and appreciate your patience!

Current Processing Times:

Outfits: Up to 2 weeks (14 business days)
Anklets: 5–7 business days
Party Favors: 5-7 business days

Shipping Times:

USPS or FedEx: 2–3 business days (after processing)

🚨 Need your order sooner?
We accept limited rush orders on a case-by-case basis. A $50 rush fee applies and must be confirmed in advance.

Please plan accordingly and message us before placing your order if your event date is approaching.

🔁 Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in every order. Here's what to expect:

Cancellations:

Cancellations can be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges:

Because each item is handmade and customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can help resolve it.

Damages or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately within the first 12 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
